On 27 February, Executive Chef Carsten Rabe and his culinary team will delight you with their second Wine Dinner at Mediterranean restaurant Come Prima.
All guests will be able to enjoy an exquisite four-course menu in perfect combination with a different wine pairing at each course.
The menu begins with a delectable amuse-bouche and continues with a line-up of culinary masterpieces, such as goat cheese tart with apricot chutney and duet of lamb, and featuring grilled lamb fillet and braised lamb ragout. As a sweet ending, diners will enjoy a succulent almond parfait with fig sauce.
