The hotel welcomes you to discover the unique tastes of Bulgaria brought together with an artistic touch in its Signature dish – St George’s Day Lamb! “This typical national dish embodies the culinary traditions of Bulgaria relating the tastes and lifestyle of a whole nation,” says Andrey Stoilov.
For the dessert lovers the hotel offers Kempinski Dessert of the Year 2014 – Siam Passion. Indulge in passion fruit, coconut, mango and banana combined with European pastry craftsmanship and a lot of passion for Thai culture…
And for those who would like to prepare exquisite meals by themselves, Kempinski Hotel Zografski has created a special new section on the hotel blog: Andy's Culinary Book. Here you can find the most popular recipes of our Executive Chef who discovers the secrets of preparing five-star cuisine.
