The President supported again the creation of industrial clusters in Bulgarian regions, as well as the change of the public administration’s structure which has to correspond to the profile of every region. “Speaking of cluster “Agriculture” the Bulgarian agencies related to agriculture should not stay comfortably in Sofia but they should move closer to the industries, factories and customers. In terms of development of agriculture, of fishery, I am wondering why the Agency of Fishery is located in Sofia, its logical position is in Bourgas or Varna”, president Plevneliev commented.

According to the Head of the State, relations between Bulgaria and Greece are “not just excellent”, they are “very special”, and the partnership between the two countries is strategic. “My first European visit was in Brussels, but my first visit in the region will be in Athens”, said the president.
