Executive Chef Nikola Todorov and the award-winning culinary team of Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko have once again created a wonderful themed gourmet dinner for all food lovers.

Bansko, 12 July 2022: This summer, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko continues to surprise with exciting culinary events. On 30 July, hotel guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the finest vegetarian gourmet dinner with a nine-course menu filled with locally grown vegetables and ingredients.

The upcoming dinner is in response to the increasing interest in vegetarianism and will combine the freshest organic products, paired with exquisite wines from our partner BNK, the leading importer of the finest wines from Italy and France. Guests will discover the exciting world of veggie-filled delights, flavors and combinations of ingredients. The family-run Pura Vida Organic Farm will be the source of some of the delicious and wholesome locally grown vegetables used in the mouthwatering specialties.

Come Prima Restaurant’s unique-for-the-region open kitchen will allow guests to watch the preparation of the exceptional nine-course menu by chef Nikola Todorov and his team. Some of the healthy and incredibly tasty offerings that will delight the attendees of the all-vegetarian dinner are a tempting zucchini and peach carpaccio with pistachio and Pecorino Romano, baked beetroot parfait with avocado mousse and rose sauce, aromatic truffle tortellini with mountain herbs, violet velvet and violet espuma with fresh blueberries, among others.
