Blanchard Bulgaria presents in Bulgarian language the newest program of The Ken Blanchard CompaniesTM FIRST-TIME MANAGER. It is specially designed for the newly promoted or future managers. A new mind-set and a new skill set are required when moving from individual contributor to manager. This transition is a big change.
Managing is done minute to minute in a series of conversations. The new program Firs-Time Manager is focused on four key conversations every new manager needs to master – Goal Setting, Praising, Redirecting and Wrapping Up.
With skill training and practice we believe new managers can get off to a much faster start than they would if they use a typical trial and error approach.
