Vera Dimova has more than 15-year experience in areas of talent acquisition, training and personal development, organizational development, strategic and hands-on HR management in big international companies and in an institution of higher education. She started her career in the field of HR and people development at Danone Bulgaria as a Training and Internal communication Manager. For a period of seven years she has led the HR department of Globul. Currently Vera is HR Director of a big company in Bulgaria. Vera is The Ken Blanchard CompaniesTM certified trainer, Erickson International College certified professional coach, CIPD Associate.

Method of training: The training is interactive. You will practice skills by participating in exercises, case studies and role plays, preparing plans for your leadership styles development.

Place: Sofia, Studentski grad, 1 Universitetski park Str., American University in Bulgaria, Elieff Center for Education and Culture.
