Bulgaria’s state-owned National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) said on Thursday that it has awarded a 3.2 million levs ($1.9 million/1.6 million euro) contract for upgrade of the SCADA system of the Dupnitsa-Kulata railway section to a tie-up between three local companies.
The tie-up comprises Alocor, Pro ARM, and Telecont, NRIC said in a notice.
The deal was signed on May 27.
Two bidders tabled offers in the tender for the contract.
According to registry agency data, Alocor has 34.37% interest in the tie-up, Telecont owns 33.27% interest, while Pro ARM controls 32.36%.
