Coronavirus cases in Bulgaria rise to 565, death toll increases to 22

Bulgaria’s health ministry said on Tuesday that the cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the country rose to 565, while the death toll increased to 22 people.
The number of recoveries also increased to 42 in total, the ministry said in a statement.
The average age of people who died from the virus is 66.5 years.
A total of 201 of the patients are hospitalised, of which 26 are in intensive care.
The first coronavirus case in Bulgaria was detected on March 8. Bulgaria is currently in a state of emergency due to the virus.
