At 23.06.2021, in Sofia, a session of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Business Council in Bulgaria, took place in regard to the held on 16.06.2021 General Assembly of the Association and the resolutions taken on it.
The meeting of the Board of Directors had the following agenda:
On the grounds of Resolutions of the General Assembly as of 16.06.2021 and with regard to election of a new members of the Board and adoption of a decision on the actual allocation of functions between the Board members.
On the grounds of the collected votes, for a Chairman of the Board of Directors was elected Mr. Georgios Mentzelopulos –ETEM Gestamp, Viohalco Group.
On the grounds of the collected votes, for a General Secretary of the Board of Directors was elected Mrs. Kleoniki Georgiadou-GEK TERNA Bulgaria
On the grounds of the collected votes, for a Deputy Chairmen of the Board of Directors was elected:
- Mrs. Petya Dimitrova-Eurobank Bulgaria
- Mr. Georgios Alexandris-Alexandris Engineering
- Mr. Harisis Bailas-Sarakakis Bulgaria
