For a third consecutive year, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is the proud winner of the title “Bulgaria’s Best Ski Hotel”, awarded by the most prestigious organisation in the international ski industry – World Ski Awards. The official awards ceremony was held on Saturday, 21 November in the Austrian hotel A-ROSA Kitzbuehel and gathered more than 200 ski tourism figureheads and market leaders from North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australasia. The event was part of three-day programme of interesting leisure activities specially prepared for the participants. At the glamorous gala ceremony, the best ski resorts, hotels and chalets from around the world were awarded. Among the invited VIP guests on the red carpet, was also General Manager Carsten Seubert, who was delighted to accept the honorary statuette on behalf of the hotel.
“It is an honour for all of us at Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko to receive this valuable recognition,” commented Mr Seubert. “An additional reason for joy is also the fact that once again we share the triumph with the resort of Bansko, which is again “Bulgaria’s Best Ski Resort” for a third year in a row. I believe that these two awards strengthen the positions of both the hotel and the destination as leaders in offering world-class ski experiences and quality service. This year was very successful for Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko. Only a month ago, the hotel received another elite accolade – an award of excellent branding by the renowned international organisation Superbrands. In September, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko was also awarded “Bulgaria’s Leading Spa Resort” by World Travel Awards 2015 and “Bulgaria’s Best Hotel Spa” by World Spa Awards 2015. Among all these global recognitions, TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence “Hall of Fame” based on the five consecutive Certificates of Excellence won by the hotel from 2011 until now.
