Postbank is the first company on the Bulgarian market to add the Digital Office mobile application, developed by Telenor Bulgaria for fast and easy internal communication with its employees, to its portfolio of digital solutions. Thus, the financial institution establishes its position as a preferred employer on the Bulgarian market. The innovative mobile application has a user-friendly content management interface and is fully optimized and customized to meet the specific needs and goals of the company. The Digital Office application saves time and resources by providing a modern solution for complete management and digitalization of internal processes through online communication in the team.

“Our company invests not only in innovations in the products and services we offer to our customers, but also in the sustainable care for each member of our team. That is why the innovative Digital Office application is a tool that allows us to make our employees’ daily activities easier and improve communication between them. The mobile application allows us to manage even more easily and efficiently the internal processes in the bank. This is extremely convenient because Postbank has over 2,500 employees and has a wide branch network in the country. The introduction of Digital Office is a strategic solution in the context of Postbank’s employment policy, because it is designed for innovative, dynamic and modern people – as those that we try to attract and develop in the company. We want the team to be happy and the office to meet the needs and expectations of each of our colleagues – regardless of whether this office is physical or digital,” Postbank said.

The Digital Office application is an internal development of mobile operator Telenor Bulgaria and is available for Android and iOS devices. The telecom’s employees have been using the app for years. It is one of the digital tools with which the company was able to switch quickly and smoothly to a completely remote mode of operation during the state of emergency. After the operator, Postbank is the first customer to introduce the application to meet the modern expectations of its employees.

“Digital Office is a development by Telenor that we are proud of and we are happy to be able to provide a modern tool for easy and efficient management of internal processes. With Digital Office, our current and future corporate clients will be able to improve the internal communications with their employees, which is key to the digital transformation of any company, but even more important in the current situation of remote work around the world. Our partnership with Postbank is very fruitful and with Digital Office and the additional developments for the bank we were able to customize the application to meet the specific needs of the company and its employees,” Spas Velinov, Chief Technical Officer of Telenor Bulgaria, said.

The innovative mobile application will facilitate communication between the employees of Postbank’s large team, providing them with all the corporate information they need – quickly, easily and in their mobile phones. The mobile application functionalities include a digital directory with information and contacts of each of the over 2,500 bank employees, the option to register for internal events, messages between employees, special benefits, access to training, surveys, internal procedures and resources, open job positions in the bank, an internal news section that allows the sharing of articles, photos and links. Digital Office is the latest of the high-tech solutions that Postbank implements in its wildly developed technical infrastructure.
