HBCB would like to announce that after the General Assembly (05/04/2017) eight new members from total nine were elected for the constitution of the new Board of Directors. Mr. George Mentzelopoulos has been elected since April 2016 for a three years period. At a meeting on 20th of April 2017 the proposal for the assignment of the roles to the new Board was approved.
As per this decision the roles are defined as follows:
Mr. Stamatis Theodoropoulos, Country Manager of Chipita Bulgaria – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. George Mentzelopoulos, General Manager of ETEM (Viohalco Group) – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Georgi Deyanov, Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors of EKO Bulgaria – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Nikolaos Arsenopoulos, Chief Executive Officer of BILOT – INTRALOT Group & CEO of Eurofootball – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Makis Mavropoulos, Managing Director of Report BG – General Secretary of the Board of Directors
Mr. Theodoros Polydoros, Executive Director of ICAP Bulgaria & Cycle Credit Bulgaria – Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. George Alexandris, Managing Director of Alexandris Engeneering – Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Georgios Papakonstantinou, General Manager of Mirkat Bulgaria – Member of the Board of Directors
