On the grounds of Resolutions of the General Assembly as of 10.05.2023 the Board of directors of Hellenic Business Council in Bulgaria proceeded with vote for the allocation of functions between the members of the Board. After the elections the BoD is:

– George Alexandris Vice President
– George Papakonstantinou Vice President
– George Satlas Vice President
– Evelyn Vratsidas Member
– Dimitrios Xylinakis Member
– Ioannis Liolios Member
The BoD accepted the notification from Mr. Vasileios Kainaros for his release as a member of the Board of Directors on the ground of art. 26, para. 1, p. 1 of the Statute of the Association-
