A celebration of corporate excellence in Bulgaria, accompanied by the launch of ICAP CRIF’s comprehensive annual business ranking
The thirteenth edition of the TRUE LEADERS Awards, organized by ICAP CRIF in Bulgaria, will take place on 11 December 2025 (Thursday) at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, starting at 18:00.
The event will begin with a networking cocktail, followed by the official awards ceremony and a gala dinner. More than 40 awarded companies and over 220 guests are expected to attend the event. The ceremony will bring together top executives, representatives of industry chambers, and leading business organizations for an evening dedicated to recognizing outstanding corporate performance in Bulgaria.
Award Criteria
Only companies meeting the following criteria will be honored:
- Ranked among the 300 most successful companies based on the EBITDA financial indicator for 2024
- Increased or maintained their staff compared to the previous financial year (2024–2023)
- Holding a strong credit rating (ICAP Credit Rating A1 to B2)
- Recognized as leaders within their respective sectors
