In a recent project at Alpha Business Center, HBCB member Mundus Services completed a complex upgrade of the building’s cooling system, replacing the existing water-cooled chiller with two new LG units.
The operation involved the safe dismantling and removal of the existing equipment, transportation and logistics, followed by the lifting and precise positioning of the new chillers on the roof of the building.
Projects of this scale present a particular engineering and logistical challenge. Working with heavy technical equipment in an operating commercial environment requires detailed preparation and close coordination at every stage — from site organization and dismantling to lifting operations and final installation.
Using specialized lifting equipment, the Mundus Services team positioned the two new chillers in their designated locations according to a carefully developed execution plan. The operation was completed safely and within the planned schedule.
