On 19 October 2026, the For Our Children Foundation will bring together business leaders, diplomats, artists and supporters at Sofia Event Center for the 17th edition of the Evening of Virtues — a special occasion dedicated to giving vulnerable children and families in Bulgaria a brighter future.
Sometimes, the greatest changes in life begin with the smallest steps: a child’s first word, a movement that once seemed impossible, or a family finding the strength to move forward.
These small but life-changing victories will be at the heart of this year’s Evening of Virtues, celebrating the remarkable progress children and families can achieve when they receive the right support at the right time.
A Community United by Kindness
For more than three decades, the For Our Children Foundation has worked to ensure that children in Bulgaria have the opportunity to grow and develop in safe, loving and supportive family environments.
The proceeds from the charity evening will support the Foundation’s early childhood care and development programmes, providing essential services to children and families facing difficult circumstances.
Through the dedicated work of psychologists, speech therapists, rehabilitation specialists and social workers, the Foundation helps children overcome developmental challenges while providing parents with the guidance and encouragement they need.
The event will be held under the patronage of H.E. Nathaniel Copsey, British Ambassador to Bulgaria, reflecting the strong involvement of the diplomatic community in supporting this important cause.
An Evening of Inspiration and Generosity
The 17th Evening of Virtues promises an inspiring programme combining music, personal stories, an elegant dinner and a charity auction featuring extraordinary items and experiences generously donated by supporters of the cause.
The evening will be hosted by actors Hristo Padev and Tsvetina Petrova, while Igor Markovski, a long-standing friend of the Foundation, will lead the traditional charity auction.
Among the artists supporting this year’s event are Mihaela Marinova, cellist Nikolay Hristov and the duo ViaViks, whose performances will add a special emotional dimension to the evening.
A particularly meaningful contribution comes from the Embassy of Greece in Bulgaria, which has donated a special selection of 18 bottles of Greek wine from the personal collection of the Greek Ambassador for the charity auction.
This generous gesture reflects the spirit of solidarity and international friendship that brings together the diplomatic and business communities in support of a common cause.
Join the Cause – Make a Difference
Every guest attending the Evening of Virtues becomes part of something much greater than a single event: a collective effort to give children the care, encouragement and opportunities they deserve.
Guests are invited to support the cause through a charity ticket of EUR 150 per person, with the full amount donated to the Foundation’s programmes for children and families.
For corporate tables, reservations can be made for 8 to 10 guests. When reserving a table for 10 guests, one seat is offered on a complimentary basis, providing an additional opportunity for companies and business communities to come together in support of the cause.
