It is a proven fact that most successful managers prioritize time for developing their employees. This is their number one priority. The problem is that many times “coaching” is seen as a time consuming and very sophisticated process. It does not have to be so. At the training we talk about how coaching “less and more often” is better than “rarely and too much”. We talk about prioritizing your coaching when manager’s time is limited and scarce.
